Rescheduling Policy:

1. Notice Period: To reschedule your headshot session, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to accommodate your request and offer the original time slot to another client.

2. Availability: Rescheduling is subject to availability on the next available Half Hour Headshots event day. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time.

3. Notification: All rescheduling requests must be submitted via email to noel@koasismedia.com or by contacting us directly.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Notice Period: To cancel your headshot session, please inform us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client.

2. Refunds: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

3. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the ticket price. No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided in this case.
